Celeste S Couch (Principal)

I am originally from Aiken, South Carolina.  I've earned my degress from University of South Carolina and the Citadel.  I have been in education for 20 years.  I've spent 13 years in the classroom and 6 years in other roles outside of the classroom. 

I have a husband of over 20 years and two children that are students of Charleston County Schools.  My family also enjoys raising two puppies, Casper and Reaper!

I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri, where I grew up and lived prior to going to college. I have my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri and Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Park College in Parkville, Missouri. I received my Master of Arts in Educational Administration at Georgia State University and plan to go back to school to obtain a PhD.
During my career in education I have taught various elementary grades as well as served as the Director of Student Achievement, Assistant Principal and Principal of elementary schools. I have always wanted to be an educator and am fulfilling my lifelong dream of impacting the lives of children and their families.
