Jessica Kirkpatrick is the Teacher Librarian at North Charleston Elementary School. She has been a dedicated member of the NCES family for 11 years, teaching 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades before stepping into her current role. Now in her fifth year as Teacher Librarian, Mrs. Kirkpatrick is passionate about fostering a love of reading, technology, and lifelong learning in all students.
